New Holland Announces Special Program

In grateful recognition of the courage, service, and sacrifices which members of our Armed Forces, Police Officers, Firefighters and their families make every day protecting this Nation, our families, and making the world a safer place, New Holland is proud to announce the kick-off of this year’s True Blue Salute program.

“This is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to all who serve,” says Abe Hughes, Vice President, New Holland North America. “New Holland is honored to be able to demonstrate our appreciation and support of our military and their families and contribute to the outstanding work being done on behalf of our military through the Fisher House Foundation.”

Between September 11, 2013 and Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2013, New Holland is offering a $911 “Thank You” coupon off selected models of New Holland Agriculture and Light Construction equipment. This is extended to members of our Armed Forces, Police Offers, and Firefighters, as well as their families.  In addition to the “Thank You” for military and first responders, New Holland will donate $250 to the Fisher House Foundation for each qualifying model sold under this program.

Since January 2012, New Holland has raised over $1.2M for the Fisher House under similar True Blue Salute programs.

Abe Hughes, VP of New Holland -North America, recently presented a check from the proceeds of past  True Blue Salute Programs to David A. Coker, President of the Fisher House Foundation. 

This year’s fundraising efforts for the Fisher House include the $250  donation for select pieces of New Holland Agriculture and Light Construction equipment; the donation of $1 for every Thank You note written on this site in support of our troops and the proceeds from the auction of Champ, the New Holland tractor hood autographed by NASCAR Sprint Cup(TM) Series winning drivers from the 2012 season.

An American Salute Program

Starting June 1 through July 6, 2013,  New Holland is offering active and retired military personnel; veterans; and their spouses, children, and parents; $750 off of the purchase of one of the following New Holland products: Boomer™ 30-50 compact tractor models, Rustler™ utility vehicles, Boomer SuperSuite™ cab models, T1500 Series compact tractors, WORKMASTER™ Series tractors, and PowerStar™ model T4.75 Tractors, and Light Construction Equipment. Along with that special offer, New Holland will also donate $100 to the Fisher House Foundation for each of the tractors, utility vehicles, or light construction products sold in the United States between June 1 and July 6. Veterans and military personnel will need to show a valid, government-issued military ID card or other proof of service to receive the offer at the nearest authorized New Holland dealer.

True Blue Salute Appreciation

In honor of our nation’s Armed Forces, New Holland Agriculture is inviting visitors to the True Blue Salute website to show their appreciation and gratitude to our military heroes by writing a “thank you” letter to a member of the Armed Forces. Please go to the A Million Thanks tab and complete your Thank You note today. For each letter sent, New Holland will donate $1, up to $10,000, to the Fisher House Foundation. The non-profit Fisher House Foundation provides a “home away from home” for military families to be closer to their loved one during hospitalization for illness or injury. Help show your appreciation and honor to our military across the world be writing a letter today, and support the Fisher House Foundation together with New Holland Agriculture.

New Holland’s “Champ” Proceeds to Benefit Fisher House Foundation and The NASCAR Foundation

New Holland’s compact tractor hood, nicknamed “Champ”, was crisscrossed across the country from NASCAR race to NASCAR race, receiving autographs from the winning drivers of the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. Autographs include Brad Keselowski, the 2012 Sprint Cup Series champion; and Matt Kenseth, winner of the history-making 2012 Daytona 500; as well as Denny Hamlin, Tony Stewart, Ryan Newman, Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Marcos Ambrose, Greg Biffle, Kevin Harvick, and Jeff Gordon.

Champ will be auctioned on The NASCAR Foundation website, with the entire proceeds benefiting the Fisher House Foundation. “It is fitting for this tractor hood, signed by NASCAR champions, be auctioned in support of our nation’s champions, our Armed Forces members,” says Abe Hughes, Vice President of New Holland North America. “New Holland is honored to join with NASCAR Unites in demonstrating our appreciation and support of our military and their families through the American Salute program, and contributing to the outstanding work being done on behalf of our military through the Fisher House Foundation.”
